Problem with mobile

Dear Sir/Madam,

Last month 23rd i purchased an E7 model mobile @3565/= through rediffmail. Order no is 6683083.This mobile worked when i got it. But soon after a week it not working i.e not switching on. I sent several complaint mails & made call to the customer care, but no response. Lastly iam complaining on this way. If i didnt got any solution through this mail too then i will meet ur company through CONSUMER COURT.
