More billing charges

Hi,

I'm vikram. My mobile number is 9618122413 (prepaid). I have activated 1 day internet pack worth 10 rupees. without any prior intimation the pack has been renewed. It happened to me number of times. If i want to make a complaint by calling customer care, the option to call customer care executive has been deactivated on my mobile. The fucking airtel do want to make money by cheating common people. I request you to resolve my complaint and refund the money i lost in last month. Otherwise i switch to other network from this stupid fucking airtel.
