I had bought one 1.5 ton samsung window AC from next retail benjamin road ludhiana punjab on 21 april. since the date of purchase the AC is not working properly and despite my repeated telephonic, email and personal visit complaints to next retail nothing has been done.

samsung india also has taken no pains to look into my complaint.

what to do now?

i want a replacement and if possible i dont want to go for sasmsung again
