Samsung/Refrigerator, Airconditioner and DVD Player
Malfunctioning

I am totally disillusioned by Samsung. I have samsung Refrigerator, Airconditioners, DVD Player and T.V. Immediately after the warrenty expired the Refrigerator required expensive repair. Surprisingly my old Kelvinator Regrigerator ran without any problem for 10 years, till I foolishly exchanged it with Samsung Refrigerator. Out of the two Airconditioners. one of the A.C. has developed a bearing problem in the motor within three years and hardly any use and the other A.C. has developed a problem with the temprature guage. The mechanic who had tended to earlier my unbranded assembled A.C. expressed surprise that a relatively new and unused A.C. can develop a bearing problem. The DVD player (home theater system), which proclaims that it can play all format of Data, cannot play ordinary DVDs and I have to hook this up to my portable DVD player through the Auxullary to watch any movie. I did not experience any such problem with my old AKAI player, which again I foolishly exchanged with a Samsung product. I am now just waiting for the TV to conk off.

I feel utterly cheated and frustrated on having to spend repair charges on fairly recent purchases. Its a shame and I intend to warn all my friends against purchasing Samsung product by forwarding the above mail.
