Not able to receive incoming call from a particular no

Hi,

I have taken a new connection of Airtel bearing no. 9771827155 (Jarkhand based) some 4 days before.

I am able to receive all other calls except from one Karnataka based BSNL no. &--gt; 9449262293.

Please correct this error.
