Non functioning from 2nd time usage

Sir,

I purchased a memory card reader from "Mobiles & Electronic Appliances Shop" from Konni for 140 RS. When I purchased the product the shop keepers were compelling to purchase the above said product.and told me that it will work for months & even years and when I asked for bill they said that it was not necessary for these small amount. also said that it was a prestige company but the product was not functioning from the 2nd usage and when I went there the shop owner & shop keeper humiliated me that the product was merely a chineese made and they told me that it cant be replaced 90% of shops in our area are selling low Quality products in electronic items and when ask for replacing or servicing they will humiliate the customer for purchasing the item.

Please do the esse4ntial steps for controlling these shop keepers and these low quality goods making chineese giants.
