Dealer not providing promised dealer warranty

I have been a regular buyer since the last year and has bought several items from eBay India and eBay us and uk..Recently I had purchased a Samsung LED TV from Clickbuy.in (No Indian warranty only dealer warranty) on 28th of June and received the item on 13th July.

When I received the item, it was working well and I gave him good feedbacks too. Then when I installed a set top box, I came to know that it’s A/V port wasn’t working. I communicated this to seller and he told to go ahead and repair and that he would refund that amount. I was still content with it as the other interfaces were working great. But now last Sunday the TV has started to give waves through, with colours spreading out everywhere. All this just after 1 month of payment! I called the seller and informed him, but there after Click buy do not pick my number, but picks when I call from a different number. Now even if i call from another number and say its me they rejects the call! The customer care girl once asked me what are my other numbers to contact and i gave my alternate number... but later i understood that she wanted to reject my alternate numbers as well. The height of insulting a customer! I can post my phone bill call log here to show how many times i had called them and got rejected. They are saying that I need to pack the item and get it replaced from them but if any damage occur during packing they are not responsible! Now, who will judge if there is an issue when the item reached them or not. I will have to go by their words. With so many games already being played by the seller in phone call assitance, how can i trust such a seller! However, I had sent him several messages saying asking to give packing instructions so that i can return the same.he is not responding for that also! I am surprised to see a power seller with 99.9 ve feedback (includes my ve feedback too) treating his customer like this that too for a fault just in one month of receiving the TV.Samsung says it will cost around 20000Rs to replace the panel alone!
Now that i approached all courier companies for returning this TV, None of them are willing to ship breakable items like TV from a person. They do it only for companies. The seller is no longer responding. Ebay says they cant help me i have to resolve with seller. How can i resolve with someone who is not picking my phone!
