Call failing for armenia hv already complain 3 times in one month but not support

I am using Air tel since last 3 years and hv to frequent call my son who is studying mbbs in armenia but since last one month i hv complain 3 times no proper respond neither they r bothered n solve the problem.

whenever i call i only get one tune Networkbusy...

this is happening since last one month.

Kindly check at yr end n get rectified keeping posted.
