Disconection without reason

My cell number is 09331290528. I am availing reliances LIFE TIME INCOMING FREE OFFER (Rs.999) since march'2006. Last month I failed to pay my monthly bill of this post paid conection, resulting which my out going facilities is barred (which is logical enough) but from today (01/05/08) my incoming facilities is also barred. On asking I got a reply that after 51 days of non-payment my service (all types) will be suspended.

My question is availing lifetime offer is it logical and legal to barred my incoming facilities?
