Fridge is not working

i am from new delhi, i am operating a shop in indian institute of mass communication, jnu campus, new delhi for the past 13 yrs, but coca-cola company supply is irregular, and no support from distributer and also from management

my fridge is not cooling properly, i have lodged the complain several times there customer care but no action has been taken so far, and i am very much fed up from this problem so please, solve my fridge problem and alow me make a good and fruitful relation with coca-cola, and here in the students likes coca cola brands rather than pepsi or other soft drinks, i would appreciate if some necessary action will be taken as early as possible to keep seller and buyer relations healthy..wid kind regards..anil pawa
