Poor customer care by deale

Dear sir,

i have purchased a 1 ton air conditoner from dealer in andhra pradesh at nellore. In user manual i have read that there willbe 3 free services by the company, till i didnt recieve service from company when i called them, way they behave is totally bad. and one more complaint is that due to some problems i have to change my ac room so i was calling from last month onwards till i didnt recieve any response from them. Please look over these complaint justify me.
