Hello,

I am highly disappointed with service center of LG. Filed complain on 28th April for functionality problem but service guys are not responding even after multiple reminders.

I had also purchased its service warranty plan which is valid till 2012. But I wonder what to with the papers and AC when neither AC working nor this warranty plan where service guys are supposed to repair the product.

Following are some details-

Complain number- 110428048374- Dated 28th April followed by reminders

Extended Warranty Plan- Hlp-plan code 23643 valid till 2012

I hope at least this means of communication work where all faulty promises have gone in vain so far
