No Network Coverage, Brakage of sound

I have been a regular customer of relience communications for nearly 3 years.

But now-a-days I am having a problem in receiving Network coverage. People are not able to call me, even if my phone is on & showing full coverage. And most of the times my phone is "OUT OF COVERAGE AREA" for the person whose calling me.

I have missed most of my professional calls, If this continues, I am planning to avail services of one of the other companies.

Many times I am bothered with your SMS's asking for availing services like, 'CALLER TUNES, FORTUNE FORECASTS' etc. When I availed these services the Balance got reduced and I didn't receieve any of the services I paid for.

Kindly Take mandatory steps in regard to correct the malfunctions causing to the customers.
