Complaint against micromax X330
Handset not working and after getting D.O the shopkeeper is not ready to replace my handset

Dear Concern i had bought mobile from Malik Record Centre, Jalandhar on 17th July and i found problem in speaker and mic and after repair the problem was not solved and i got D.O certificate now the shopkeeper is not resdy to replace the handset kindly guide me what to with the handset MICROMAX-X330 as the handset is of no use to anyone infact i would say its Micromax sets are fraud sets, pls do not buy these sets as they are not quality sets and similarly wastage of money.
