COMPLAINT AGAINST POOR SERVICES OF HIER

Respected Sir/ Madam,

We had bought Air conditioner of company HAIER from Darpan Sales, post office bazar, Bathinda on date 07-06-08. Now 25-26 days past, we were facing the problem in AC's working and we had filed a complaint against our AC problem so many times and firstly their engineer had said that there is a problem in compressor, but after that no one took action to solve this problem, we had complained so many times for the same but no one had step forward to resolve this problem, we are feeling ashamed and weeping for the past when had bought HAIER air conditioner. Company's local manager (Ashock) and Engineer (Malik) had made so many fake promises to us. This is very shameful act. In future, we will never ever suggest anybody for Haier product because of their very very poor services. In last i have hope from ur side to take some action because the company had made such a bad impression on me as well our entire family and friends. Hoping for ur reply atleast.
