Hello sir/madam,

we bought black coloured whirlpool washing machine on 19-7 from vijay sales

item name WPL WM white magic 650 H black 1 (E03)

since then for 2 yrs we r facing lots of problem.

1.twice lid came off once it was changed n now despite complaining twice the lid is not yet changed

2. if water indication comes to very high the water comes out from top.

whole kitchen gets filled with water. and we waste 1hr just wiping it.

four times complaints have been registered

twice engineer said sensor is ruined bcoz of moisture n changed it

now again the problem started.

3. since warrenty expired in july whenever we call now they say u have

to pay visit charges n any repairs

does this mean they r not doing work just to get these charges?

you are my last hope

please help me as soon as possible...
