Long delay in oven repairing

Resp Sir,

Am Mr. Ali. I own a IFB Oven of ours. In the month of September there occured some problem in the OVEN, which is still unsovled.

It's been almost 4 to 5 months and your technicians are delaying the delivery dates. I have also loged a complaint at your customer care, with complaint no. 3705829 and there are no initiatives undertaken.

I wish u could help me and not allowing my temper to increase.
