My self Manohar D Patil & BPL mobile no is 987022962. I am not receiving bil statement since two months on address B4, 602 gaurav enclave, kanakia road, mira road - 401 107 & they disconnect the no but the actual mistale is their side, they should circulate the bill on time to time. i have already complained 3 times but not reveived any response from their side. complain no first 90447565 dated 9th april second 150450085 date 15th april. i had call on 800 tall free no they given me contact no 0228440800 extention 3099 contact person Daksh but never got contacted. i have applied for mobile portebility but it was rejected. it means loop company not ready to provide proper service and not allowed to join other company. please take action on urgent basis otherwise i have to take legal action because i have complain nos also.
