Sir, I Mr. M C Tyagi was your customer and had taken the loan, from your esteemed organization, due to some unavoidable circumstances i was unable to pay some of your EMI's on time but after some delay i paid all EMI's and get my account cleared. Now when i have all your installments then i ask why have you put me under the scanner of the Civil Site. It is creating some unwanted problems to me. So I request you to please get my name cleared form the civil site, oterwise i will go to the court against this matter that will be jurisdiction to Meerut Court.
