Worthless service. Complaint number 32760

Dear Sir,

Its regarding the service provider continental services. www.continentalservices.co.in. They advertise so much on their quick?? and efficient service??

I have a problem with my LG Microwave (touch-pads are not working properly). I called on them and they took more than 7 days to repair the... the parts which were readily available in the market on 31st may. They said that they changed PCB card etc... and charged me Rs 1652.

The product was working but again the same problem started from 24th June... its seems that they have not changes anything but merely cleaned the dirts around the connectivity and charged me the hefty amount. I called the engineer who came to my home and now he is giving excuses and not coming and picking it up for repair. They said that any thing they service has a 3 months guaranty.

Funny thing is that if they have changed anything they should have given the old parts back to me... they did not.. for obvious reasons

Don't know why they have started to cheat like this ..
