Since 18.06.2012 mobile set has not been repaired

I Purchased Coolpad mobile Model E230 Coolpad vide IMEI/ESEN RCPHSCO10000636 from Reliance World sector 18, Noida which is still

under warrantly was given to Ambe electronics Sector 18, the authorized centre of Ambe electronics on 18th June has not been got repaired. I talked so many times, they say they have not received the parts from the company. I talked to company executive of Coolpade MR. Kuldikpt his mobile No.9311297711 could not answer properly even told that service station shall lodge the demand am a marketing person.

I very fed up who shall take care of such bluffing company coolpad or reliance world who is selling such type of cheap products.
