Deduction of money from prepaid account with no information

My airtel mobile number is 91-9503429724. Today Airtel deducted around 33 rs from My prepaid account without any intimation. I called customer care immediately and got information that I activated music on Demand today. Infact I never activated any service in my account. I told them that I don't need any service and refund my money back. Due to these unwanted service activations from Airtel I aked to activate DND (Do not disturb) fully blocked category in my mobile 10 days before, registration No- W1041529310.

When I asked them to remove all activations from my mobile and refund my money, they told service can be deactivated but money can't be refunded. Automatic activation of services is a regular activity now in airtel. Why they can not refund money immediately. Where can I complaint? Pls help the poor customer.
