NON WORKING POOR SERVICE

I have Purchased a ELECTROLUX REFRIGERATOR in August MODEL DFF44, 445 LTRS, But from the first month the refrigerator has not working properly and the same time I made complaint to the service center, But they have not clear the problem due to non availibility of PCB etc. We again complaint them in JULY but still they are not solve the cooling problem and they give me in writing the non availibility of PCB & HEATER COIL . Iam several time complaining to the company personals but every time they commited me to solve the problem but still the problem is not solved. Now I finally decided to go for consumer court in near future for this type of cheating by the reputed company.
