Creative Cyberstar A -300 Speakers
Harassment by Cyberstar, Nehru place spoc "Amit"

Hi,

I purchased A-300 model creative speakers from "Cost to Cost", Nehru place, New Delhi. Within an year an not using it much it stopped functioning. Serial # is 24MF0360929RO4135X

I went to the Service center of Creative at Luxmi Nagar, New delhi where they refused to repair or replace stating that it is a product of cyberstar, another vendor of Creative.

Then i went to the okhla address where came to know that Cyberstar has changed the address to Nehru place. I handed them over to Cyberstar Infocom Private Limited spoc " Amit" on 4th of October. Amit gave me a replacement receipt and asked to come after a week.

I am following up with him till today when he has refused to return my speaker. Today he has refused to return my speakers stating that you cannot get your speakers as it might take 4-6 months for them to get repaired.

Further, he is using abusive language once further asked the reason for not repairing my new and unused speakers.

This is a categorical request to Creative before taking the help of Consumer forum. Creative is accountable for this Mental Harassment for last 1 month.

Please check and do the needful.
