Bad customer care

I am not at all satisfied with the services provided by the dealer and even company Area sales manager, we got a odrej Washing Machine dated 20/May/08 from one of the exhibitions in PUNE and we got the delivery the other day. NOBODY ever bothered to give us the DEMO instead they took our old machine and went away. The other day i called the dealer from Pune named MEMOREX, he promised us that a company person will be attending us anytime in 2 days (strange answer, isn't it?) no bossy turned up, the very 1st day we when we started operating the machine the trash bag holder broke-off and we informed the same to the officials. Today is 11th. June.08 and still it has not been fixed-up i called their area manager Mr.manu sharma, he said he will be sorting the problem out before 12th. June.08, which is tomorrow, lets see. My only URGER to all buyers is PLsss... Plsss... PLsss DO NOT BYE ANY APPLIANCES FROM GODREJ, Regards-Vikram Athavale (PUNE).
