"Unfortunately" I have an Indane Gas connection from BTM agency, bangalore, Karnataka. I really gone mad and felt like committing suicide because of the extremely disgusting and disappointing behavior and response of the Indane dealer office in BTM lay out. I have been trying to call at the following no. 080- 26684550, 26681635, 26684566 (as given in the card from your agency) from the past 2 weeks, but either I find the call busy or no-one picks up the call...!!! Till now I could not book the Gas.

Even the delivery of the gas also I had a very bad experience, they delivery agency will never come on Weekends even though we instruct them while booking. They always claim when they are coming for delivery, we were not there..!! They deliberately come on weekdays and they know that we are working class. Then we need to go and pick up the gas from them, and they charge additional Rs.15 as well. Ridiculous..!!!

Nobody is there to control these criminals.
