Wrong commitment of services

Hi,

Below is the example i faced how Croma people are cheating with public to sell their products.

I went to Croma Store at Aditya mega mall Indirapuram on 24/05 to buy a window AC.

At that time I was told that " if i purchase Croma AC then they people will provide me warranty of three years and if i take extended warranty then it extends up to 5 years including services . means i need not to pay any amount for 5 years ".

On the above verbal commitment by Croma representative i purchased the AC.

But today (22/03) when i called up to croma customer care to get my AC serviced and gave my details to them i received a call from the store itself and i came to know that this product has service warranty of one year only and extended warranty does not cover services.

I don't have any proof of that verbal conversation which i had with croma representative at store. Now Croma officials are saying that "all the terms and conditions are printed on bill, you should have checked them thoroughly at the time of purchase".
