AC installation

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased Voltas AC from Croma store in Punjagutta in Hyderabad. The AC costed me 20, 000 and croma was responsible for home delivery and installation of the same.

At the booking only I insisted to take the booking in case the person can come before 12:00 p.m. as my office timings are from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The person came at 8:00 pm. and insisted to get the AC fit. I agreed. While doing the fitting the technician broke the window shield made of single layer brick and one stone fell down on the car and the car glass broken.

Though he had been instructed to work carefully but due to his negligence, the car owner imposed Rs. 16000 repair bill on me.

Croma is saying its between you and technician. But How can I be resposible for technician mistake, as he was sent by Croma and not called on my own.

For me its only Croma responsible for installation. Its really a bad service delivery at one of the biggest brand "Tata".
