Installation of LG products

I have bought LG products from CROMA AUNDH PUNE. Till then it was fine. Installation of these products is done by LG. These is an absolutely painful process. LG people will not call you back, will never call, will not com on time... or may not even come. When I called up CROMA people they assure that LG guys will call within some time... and again they never call you. It has been almost two weeks, I have the stuff @my home AC and Ref... but its just there. I feel like returning the products. Do not buy any products with so much headake.
