AC not delivered on time

I purchased an AC from Crome Aditya city centre and this was my big mistake. Whole amount was given to croma on wed 24/mar and after this they inform us that AC is not available in stock and would be delivered to you on sunday 28/mar. But we don't get the AC and not even a response from croma. When we call them they make foolish statements and make another bluff promise of delivering AC on Wed almost after 1 weak but again same treatment. After all this mess we gave a call to them and said that we will now involve police and take legal action against croma. So after this we get AC but no instalation was done by them and no stablizer was given to us which was promissed as free at the time of payment. this all was like worst nightmare for me and my family.
