Pathetic service

After 2 months of continuous calling, they finally send a technician to repair my under warranty CROMA AC! Technician tells he needs to take the circuit board but will not give any written confirmation that he's taking it! Trusting his Croma t-shirt, i give the circuit board and he confirms that he will come within next 5 days to fix it up. Already 15 days gone by and after repeated calls, i get to know that nobody knows what is coming to the repair that Mr. Kamlesh (the technician) had confirmed. He himself gives his superior's no. (Mr. Devendra) saying please ask him what is to be done. Mr. Devendra ensures that within 3 days, problem will be solved. After 5 days, i am directed to a Mr. Sohail who i try to explain the entire thing all over again. And 5 more days have gone by! No response... poor service!
