Croma didn't give scratch card as promised

I brought LGG LCD from Croma, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. Invoice No: 100034627. On 5/10. They promised to give scratch which is provided by LG as festive offer, however at the time we bought this new T.V; they claim, they donot have stock with them and will inform me when the stock arrive.

I have been following up with them since a week, they still claim they dont have the stock, but recently my friend brought from the same place and they gave the scratch card, how come for me they say they dont have stock?
