Defect product and worst service

Dear sir,

I have bought a Color TV on hire purchase sysytem from Croma electronis on 25.09. till 4th the TV was working correctly after that it is not switching on and if touch the TV surface we get electronic shock, i lodge a complaint abount this on 06.10.2011. i called to customer care executive of croma electronics, the customer executive have taken call and said that we will call you within 2 hour, again i called to same number another person has taken and said same story and today (07.10.2011) i called same no they are not responding . kindly inform me what should i do on this, i think they are cheating to the customers, please advise me to take neccessory action against them.
