I had purchased Symphony Air Cooler from Croma (Himalaya Mall, Ahmedabad) on 17th April. To this I made full payment and was assured that my product would be delivered the next day (on 18th April). But this was not done. I called Croma for the same at 1:45 pm. To which they said they will get back to me. But nobody called me till 5:30 pm. They informed me that as it is late now they will deliver the product the next day on 19th April before 7:00 pm. I had waited for them for the for 7:30 pm but nobody turned up. Then they called me they are going to deliver the product now. I had to go out and so I said please deliver the product next day without fail. To this they promised the product delivery the next day between 12:00 to 2:00 pm. But unfortunately this time too they did not deliver the product. I then tried to reach their showroom line from 2:30 pm. The call was not picked up till 3:30 pm. This time some Ms. Rupal picked up the call. I said I want to talk to the Manager of your store. But she didn't give the call to the Manager and said my product would be delivered to me by 5:00 pm the same day or else I can file a complaint at Consumers Court. But till 5:30 pm somebody calls me and says that as they are busy in delivering other products they would be late and will come to my place at 6:30 pm. Nobody turns up and at 7:30 pm I was about to go out somewhere and they called me to inform they would come there in short timer. I just got bugged up by their false commitments and told them don't waste my time unnecessarily and don't bug me for the same. To this their Manager ultimately finds time to call me and says to take refund from their store. I had to cancel my meetings for this unnecessary wait put on by the carelessness of Croma Officials. Now they still want to waste my time further by saying to collect the refund from the store. I have had enough of this nuisance from Croma and now am filing complaint for the same.
