Poor after sales service of Croma

Bought Samsung make 40 Inch LCD TV in Oct with 2 years extended warranty of croma. The TV was purchased from Croma's Aundh store in Pune. A problem cropped up in the screen on 17th November. We called Croma who then arranged for the repair in their designated repair center named Specular services in Pune on 19th November. Since then there has been no progress in this matter except for false assurances by Croma as well as Specular services. The reasoning behind the delay is cited as part (panel) required to fix the problem not being available anywhere in India and there is no sign of when it could be available. I have followed almost everyday to find out the status without any success. This is one of the worst service any retailer could provide. There is no commitment and no accountability on Croma's part to provide after sales service for relatively small item like a TV.
