Hello,
I have purchased one Hot Plate From Croma Store on 14 Dec'11 with Invoice Bill no - SLF02A041010037566 Created by Sanjay Raut at Oberoi Mall.
Now the product is not working properly and one burner was out of order, i had a talk with Customer Care Executive no. of times and they were saying you have to go to store as we didn't find any details with this invoice no. so yesterday I went to croma - oberoi mall and talked to Rupesh (Contact no: 8898011108) - Manager Customer Service, the person was so blunt and rude when i asked for the replacement of the faulty product. he said we don't replace the product and he serviced that product and now it is giving a electric shock while cooking to my wife. She is now very much afraid while cooking.
When I called customer care today for the replacement of this product they clearly said we wont replace the product. It is really very difficult to judge when we are in croma service store that the product is working fine. it's only 2 months old and the product is not working fine and nobody is going to entertain neither Croma Store nor Croma Service Center. they want again and again to come Croma Store for service but not replacing the product.
Kindly do the needful.
