This is for Indira nagar Croma store.

I called for a query and no body knows what is a X box and they keep transfering the call to different department.

Croma Sucks

They dont what is customer service and dont know what to say when customer ask for a query.

The person said that he is from IT dept and infomred me that he will connect the call. In backend he was talking to one of his friend saying: "ah boli maganu transfer gothilae"

Dont buy anything from Croma especially TATA SUCKS
