Poor Service, Inefficient staff

I had ordered two Samsung LCD TVs which were supposed to be installed immediately after the TV delivery was to be made. They never turned up and the installation date keeps getting pushed to a future date. The morons at the Croma store in Bandra (where the purchase was made) keep giving false promises and stop taking you seriously once youve paid them. I would not reccommend Croma to anyone.
