Non Delivery of Goods from Last One Month

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your notice and complaint that i have purchased an LG Washing Machine Semi 6.5 Kg WP95163SD vide Croma Invoice No: 119-164911 dated.15.11.2010 and all the payments were made in full, however it was agreed to deliver the goods by 16.11. but we regret to inform you that as of date we haven't received our delivery of washing machine for which the payment is already made. Whenever i tried to enquire it's been said by the CROMA executive that your material will be delivered by next week due to non availability of stock.

Hence request you please take a prompt action against such a fradulant store called as CROMA.
