Fualty Geyser - Company not responding

Hi,

I have bought Geysers 3 month before, The product is not functioning well so i have raised complain to customer care of Crompton Grevers, they have given me complain number but till date nobody has visited

my home for query and now they said problem has been resolved. How come problem has been resolved without visiting home and product is faulty since i purchased.
