Regarding Sony Erricson service cente

I had a Sony erricson mobile phone K790i. I was not able to switch it on because of some problems. I thought of getting it repaired at SE service center located at Cunnigham road, Bangalore but i was not knowing they people are fraud, sitting there to cheat the customers and making money rather than giving genuine services. What they did is they said come in2 days, when i call them after 2 days they said the component they require ot repair is out of service. Afterwards they charged me 15o service charge and took out the speakers from my phone and returned the phone saying they cant repair it. I was not knowing that and when i took it to the other vendor he said its speakers are taken away by some 1.

I don't the exact forum to launch complaint against these fraud people. If anybody knows plz mail me at manikasinghal@gmail.com so that they can gt the punishment which they deserve rather than cheating few more funds of ours.

I don't want anyone to suffer because of such people.
