Faulty product sold to me

I bought 25 ltr water heater on last Sunday (December 20) from Reliance digital, Amb. Mall, Gurgaon. It was installed on Tuesday and after working for 2-3 hrs, it got stopped and the indicator light turned Red from Green. Since then I am calling to the customer care as well as the dealer but yet not received any call from the service team. Since this is a poor quality control system of the company, I need a replacement of the product. This is my first experience with CG and now I can say that I will never go for any product of this company in future. I want to suggest same for other consumers.
