Non attending of complaint

I had purchased a cooler kit last year (Still under the warranty), it did not work properly since the very beginning. In October end last year the engineer who attended my complaint regarding malfunctioning of fan came in my absence and misguided my parents that there is problem in the wire of my electricity line. I lodged a complaint regarding the same problem on your toll free no and they gave me complaint no 1004018681 on 14/4/10 to be attended by Ramneek Enterprise, but nobody has turned up yet. Hope for the expedite action.
