Delay for replacement

As i purchased a 21''inch exhaust fan on dated 31.03.2010 of crompton greaves

and at the time of procurement the delear said that you will not be disappointed by the company regarding the service

but when my product stop the function i registered my complaint at company and the complaint that they given is 1007017145 on 12.07.2010

but after 1-week still i did not get the replacement

i hope somebody will help me
