I have purchased two ceiling fans in nov. They started malfunction with in 1 year. Its producing some sounds because of bearing problems. till now i have complained twice and they have replaced the bearings. now the problem is again repeating for 1 fan. My question why the company is releasing such second class, low quality, cheap products into the market. its really irritating to call the customer care, raise complaints, wait for the technician. Guys please think before purchasing crompton greaves products.call 9789070467.
