Epeated leakage of water heate

I bought a solarium water heater of 25 ltr, model no SWH 525, sr no. 337317 in Oct. A leakage was found in Dec & it was repaired by southern service centre immediately free of cost. Again the machine was leaking in Dec & it was replaced in Feb & now the model no SWH 725 & sr no. is JJJ 514946. Again the same problem of leakage has been found in this month. So what to do with this machine?
