DEFECTIVE MOTOR PUMP

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a self priming monoset pump, pump no KBN 1479, motor pump from Banwari lal and sons, bill no 2530, staff road Ambala Cantt on 18/march/11 .we installed the motor on 23/3 from the very first day the motor is not working properly, we have submit the complaint on customer care complaint no 110303462 dtd 23/3, no body came to see the things, again i hve submitted the complaint on 28/3 complaint no is 1103042460, no after sale service from the company even i have a doubt the dealer has sold me used motor .. the motor is still not working, my friends told me to purchase the other brand but i thought crompton is good brand but we found a cheat dealer or poor product or no after sale service. My family is suffering from water shortage just bcoz of you even your dealer dont listen to the things, even customer care ..
