DEFECTIVE MOTOR UPDATED CONSIDER THIS COMPLAINT

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a self priming monoset pump, pump no KBN 1479, motor pump from Banwari lal and sons, bill no 2530, staff road Ambala Cantt on 18/march/11 .we installed the motor on 23/3 from the very first day the motor is not working properly, we have submit the complaint on customer care complaint no 110303462 dtd 23/3, no body came to see the things, again i hve submitted the complaint on 28/3 complaint no is 1103042460, no after sale service from the company, no body came then i have taken the motor to the service centre but the problem is still not rectified, i need my motor should be replaced, i have doubt that the dealer sold me a used motor . company should come to the picture and solve my problem.
