Crystal Cook Ware
Damaged product delivered

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have ordered crystal cook ware tava and pans, items of 6 no, Order no. 902094533, payment after product delivery.

I had paid the amount to the product and received it.

I was shocked when I opened the delivered packing, that 3 of the product were damaged. My repeated call to your call center went in vain when they were cutting the phone with intentionally when i was informing them about my problem.

I was really unhappy with your service, and wish that non of my friends will really face this type of problem from home shop 18.

Please replace the damaged items or refund my amount as early as possible.
