Unauthorized balance deduction

My sister in Datia, Madhya Pradesh, has been having Reliance smart cellphone for quite some time. Few months back Reliance started deducting 3-5 rupees every now and then and now they deduct 30 rupees very frequently. Calling customer care was endless waiting and whenever she was able to reach customer care, she was told different things. Sometime the deduction termed as software bug and irreversable, sometime it is termed as charges to some stupid offers which were never requested. Most pathetic thing is that these deduction continues and even after multiple complaints and the reversal of the deducted amount is always denied.

Can you help get my sister's money back with compensation and teach a tough lesson to this cheater firm?
